High-quality, with a hint of spice
A precious blend of coffees selected by us mainly from a mountain in northern Thailand called Doi Chaang: an area known as the "Golden Triangle", which thanks to local-government-imposed reconversion, the notorious opium crops were discontinued in favour of coffee plantations.
In the cup, the Doi Chaang blend shows a very compact and fine cream with a beautiful golden hazelnut colour. The olfactory sensation is of a very rich and aromatic bouquet, slightly spicy.
The taste is particularly original: the aroma and the spicy notes are combined, giving us fullness and intensity with a soft and captivating aftertaste.
