Responsible sourcing of coffee beans

Sustainable coffee quality begins with the careful selection of origins.

Each year, ORO Caffè selects the finest coffee varieties from the main producing countries through a rigorous process of analysis and tasting, ensuring high quality standards and long-term consistency.
We dedicate hundreds of hours to tasting and sensory evaluation of green coffee beans, analyzing body, aroma, acidity, and balance.

Only the batches that meet our strict criteria are selected, creating a supply chain focused not only on quality but also on direct relationships with producers and respect for local communities.

This approach allows us to build a more stable, conscious, and long-term sourcing model.

A family business with an international vision

ORO Caffè is a family-run company that has evolved over time while maintaining its core values and developing an international presence.

The company’s growth is driven by an entrepreneurial vision that combines experience, innovation, and generational continuity, with a strong female leadership component playing a central role in strategic development.

Tradition and openness to global markets coexist in a dynamic business model focused on quality and sustainability.

A coffee with a sustainable core

Environmental sustainability is an integral part of ORO Caffè’s production model.
Through targeted investments and advanced technologies, the company works to reduce environmental impact across all stages of coffee processing, from roasting to logistics.

One of the key elements is the hot air roasting system, designed to ensure uniform bean roasting while improving energy efficiency.
This process optimizes energy consumption, reduces emissions, and enhances the aromatic profile of the coffee.
To support production, ORO Caffè uses systems equipped with advanced energy recovery and management technologies, aiming to minimize waste and maximize efficiency in industrial processes.
The company’s environmental commitment also includes the use of renewable energy: the facility is equipped with a photovoltaic system that contributes to energy production and reduces CO₂ emissions.

At the same time, ORO Caffè promotes more sustainable mobility by progressively introducing electric vehicles and low-impact solutions, reducing emissions related to logistics and company operations.

These choices reflect a clear vision: combining product quality, technological innovation, and environmental responsibility, contributing to a more sustainable and future-oriented roasting model.
