100% Arabica Jasmine
Our Arabica Jasmine is an extremely refined and fragrant blend. We have selected and combined excellent coffees from the Arabica family: Santos, Guatemala, Colombia and Ethiopia. The coffee forms a compact hazel coloured cream. This blend is characterized by a mellow fragrance reminiscent of rose buds. It is very aromatic and elegant on the palate with nuances of rose and jasmine. Very pleasant also as a caffè lungo (long coffee) at any time of day.
A strong, roasty taste. Very creamy. Recommended for Espresso, macchiato and cappuccino. Made from a blend of coffees from Southeast Asia that brings out a subtle fruity and intense roasty flavour; the typical taste of a Neapolitan coffee.
A full-bodied and balanced taste. Dense and creamy. Recommended for Espresso, macchiato and cappuccino.
This blend contains Arabica coffee from South America and Robusta from South-East Asia with an invigorating character and sweet and roasty nuances; ideal for all coffee-based preparations, from Espresso to tiramisù.

Our Arabica Rose is an extremely refined and fragrant blend. We have selected and combined excellent coffees from the Arabica family: Santos, Guatemala, Colombia and Ethiopia. The coffee forms a compact hazel coloured cream. This blend is characterized by a mellow fragrance reminiscent of rose buds. It is very aromatic and elegant on the palate with nuances of rose and jasmine. Very pleasant also as a caffè lungo (long coffee) at any time of day.
A precious blend of coffees selected by us mainly from a mountain in northern Thailand called Doi Chaang: an area known as the “Golden Triangle”, which thanks to local-government-imposed reconversion, the notorious opium crops were discontinued in favour of coffee plantations.
In the Espresso cup, Doi Chaang produces a very fine and compact cream with a golden hazel colour. It has a very rich and slightly spicy aromatic bouquet with a particularly original taste: an aromatic and spicy combination that give fullness and intensity with a smooth and captivating aftertaste.
Premium Bar Blend
Our Premium Bar Blend is a blend of selected coffees from Brazil, Guatemala, Ethiopia, Vietnam and India.
In the Espresso cup it has a compact cream with hazel-coloured streaks. Subtle fragrances on the nose: floral, tending towards almond and jasmine. It has a round, dense and creamy body on the palate characterized by a sweet taste, with an almond and hazelnut aftertaste.
The coffees that make up this blend come from India. In the Espresso cup the Springtime decaffeinated blend has an ocher-coloured cream with a fine texture.
A clear strong coffee aroma on the nose combined with a certain lightness due to the decaffeination process. A slight acidity and strength can be perceived on the palate with a very fresh aftertaste.
The amount of caffeine is less than 0.07%. The Springtime decaffeinated blend grants full mouthfeel and flavour and is suitable for all hours of the day, even the evening.
A blend of Italian Style coffee from Vietnam and Brazil.
In the Espresso cup the Italian Style brings produces a very dense dark hazel-coloured cream with small brown veining. Hints of toast and caramel can be perceived on the nose.
It is mellow on the palate and gives a full mouthfeel. Balanced, with a caramel and toast-like aftertaste.
This blend reflects the Italian style of drinking an Espresso coffee as a short shot (a Ristretto) both in the morning and after a meal or for a quick break at the bar.
Espresso Bar Blend
Our Espresso Bar Blend is a blend of the best coffees from Brazil, Vietnam and India.
In the Espresso cup it has a warm and intense hazel -colour with streaks and a consistent cream. Subtle on the nose with fragrances of breadcrust and chocolate. It is creamy, mellow and intense but with a pleasantly sweet finish on the palate with a chocolatey aftertaste.
ORO CAFFÈ Organic coffee is a blend of selected coffees from Brazil.
In the espresso cup it presents with a compact cream; this blend is characterized by scents of almond and chocolate.
It has a round and creamy body with a sweet taste.
Udinese Caffè Export
This blend is dedicated to Udine, the city we come from, and was inherited from an ancient local roasting facility that has passed on the way of drinking Espresso coffee in our area. The coffees that make up this blend are selected from Brazil, India and Vietnam. In the Espresso cup the Udinese Caffè Export is characterized by a dark hazel-coloured cream. Toast and hazelnut aromas stand out on the nose, whereas its dense cream fills the mouth and leaves a pleasant nutty taste.
