A course designed for people who have gained experience as a barista for at least 6 months in the past year aimed at validating their fundamental skills and knowledge.
Successful candidates will focus on latte art, and learn how to whip milk and the various plant-based alternatives.
At the end of the course, candidates will be able to prepare cappuccinos with the 3 basic latte art patterns: rosetta, heart and tulip.
On top of this, they will learn how to prepare a wide range of beverages of excellent quality and very quickly.
The duration of the course is estimated at 7/8 hours.
