A course designed for people who have gained experience as a barista for at least 6 months aimed at validating their fundamental skills and knowledge.
Successful candidates will focus on coffee, its extraction, flavour and origin. On top of this, they will learn how to prepare, a wide range of beverages of excellent quality and very quickly.
The students will also learn the fundamentals of customer service and maintenance.
The duration of the course is estimated at 7/8 hours.
