Designed to verify the fundamental and advanced skills and knowledge required of a barista.
Objective: at the end of the course, each attendee will be able to prepare 3 cappuccinos with the basic figures of Latte art (rosette, heart and tulip) as well as a wide variety of quality beverages quickly.
Course duration: 2 days.
Minimum attendance requirement: 6 months of experience in the previous year and passing of the basic course.
