ORO CAFFÈ ACADEMY COURSES

he ORO Caffè Academy was founded in 2009 and since then has been offering full training to professionals to learn about the coffee world, its tradition and secrets. With the prestigious recognition of the IIAC International Institute of Coffee Tasters and the SCA Specialty Coffee Association, the ORO Caffè Academy welcomes all those who really care about the coffee tradition. The instructor, Giovanni Roitero, is a professional barista with a ‘Patente di Assaggiatore di Caffè’ Coffee Taster License, followed by his entourage of professionals. To ensure that our attendees get the most out of the courses, including hands-on training, we limit the number of delegates.
